East meets West. Having travelled extensively in the Middle & Far East it has always been a dream to marry the wonderful flavours of the East with the precise rigours of British & continental classic cuisine. Produce comes from the markets daily and Papa Zilouf heads down at the crack before dawn to pick up the fish and meat from Billingsgate and Smithfield. Menus change bi-monthly to take advantage of seasonal produce. Our highly skilled chefs are fully qualified and have senior experience in a number of London's top establishments.
Our dedication to customer service is matched by our endeavour in the kitchen. Almost everything is prepared in house. Even our salmon is cured on the premises. Fennel, star anise, lemon peel and rock salt coat the fish for 2 days before it is carefully slice and served in our Eggs Royale. It is that devotion to detail that enables us to give you our customers a fresh, clean taste with an abundant of flavours from all over the world. Our pork belly with its crispy crackling is our most famous dish. The soft tender flesh is a perfect counterpoint to the crispiness of the crackling. Sharing dishes are something that we have recently introduced. T-bone steaks and latterly our fore-ribs are both cooked to order how you like it with a plethora of sides.
